Two Students Educate Others about Optometry

Two Students Attend Fair to Educate Others about Optometry Two third year students attended a local health fair at a local mosque on January 25, 2015.  Deli Shirazian and Daniel Purvis, both members of the Class of 2016 participated in the health fair to educated those in attendance about eye care and optometry.  Submitted Photo:  L-R Deli Shirazian and Daniel Purvis ('16) Among them were about 30 other health care professionals from all backgrounds, including internal medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, rheumatology and others.  Daniel and Deli were on hand to answer questions about optometry from those attending the fair.

UMSL Optometry February 2015 Student Spotlight
