Sprucing Up Marillac to Enhance Student Experience
The summer of 2016 was one of many changes for the College of
Optometry’s Marillac Hall. Anticipation
of the new semester created a remodel of the two rooms on the second floor near
the current pre-clinic. These rooms are
now optometry study rooms fostering a comfortable environment for individual
and group study. New carpet, chairs, and
desks were also added to the third and fourth floor.
The Dean’s suite
received a remodel as well including new carpet, conference room chairs, and
desks to enhance the overall look of the office.
The office of Student Services was transformed into a more
useful space with new seating, a more contemporary desk, and fresh paint. The look was designed to enhance the student
experience.
